In an after hour setting, answers patients questions, & assists in coordinating solutions to health care needs. Provides nursing triage services & health advise for patients over the phone. Evaluates, assess, & documents patients' questions or concerns.

• Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in State of Illinois
• Computer Skills or Electronic Medical Record Experience
• Good Communication Skills with Professional Telephone Presence

• 2 - 4 Yrs Work Related Experience in a Medical Practice
• Certification in Basic and/or Advanced Cardiac Life Support
